How to adjust or change-remove & install- the Throttle Cable on yard machine self-propelled walk behind mower?
For changing, just disconnect at each end, and any clamps that are holding the cable in place. Then route the new cable the same way as the one you took off.
For adjusting, close the carb throttle plate all the way, position the throttle lever in the slow or off position, and clamp the outer cable in position at the carb
