repair george foreman timer knob?
I have one of those double george foreman grills – when moving it once the knob for the timer came off one side. I got it back on and it worked fine for a while.
Now I have to turn and turn and turn (always clockwise) to try to get it to come on. It will rotate 360º but it won’t come on – I try to put pressure on it, that doesn’t work.
Then suddenly it will come on with another little turn but never at the 0 minutes time so even when I get it on, I have no clue when my 30 minutes will run out.
When I can get it to come on, it works fine.
I cannot get the knob to come off to see if I need to change anything.
Does anyone have a clue as to how I can repair my George? Thanks so much!
This is a large double one with a stand. If you consider over $200 inexpensive then please send me one.
They are so inexpensisive, get another one.
