Why would someone steal the top of the car's gas and leave the gas in the tank?
I went to take my car today and realized that my gas cap, but lacking the tank was full. I'm waiting for a trip that I take the store to buy a new locking gas cap because the tank is so filled with gas that spreads when it comes to the unit. What reason could be anyone from just taking the CAP?
Maybe they need and can not afford $ 5 gas Cap
