Oil burner giving off fumes of laquer thinner or solvet type smell?

Hello- I own a rental property and in the past 24 hours the tenant has had the fire company come out because of lacquer fumes in the cellar by the furnace ? The fire company could not find anything the first time out even though the tenants were overcome with headaches and sore throats. Fire company left and told tenets that if it happens again to call them back ? It happens again at 3 AM and they came back and again found nothing. They were told to keep furnace off till AM and get burner repair in. Burner repair came and tested unit and said they have never seen anything like it, no smell unless burner is running and it gives off vapors of lacquer thinner ? oil was checked and is OK ? Burner man was out twice today also and they cannot find anything wrong ? CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM ? HAS ANYONE EVER HAD FUMES COMING FROM AN OIL BURNER THAT SMELL LIKE SOLVENT OR LACQUER THINGS AND MAKES GIVES PEOPLE HEADACHES ? ANY HELP APPRECIATED–PARACER44

It could be the duct work or something in them like mold or meldue

Easyest thing is just to replace the oil burner it could be defective or something
