Briggs and Stratton vs. Lawn Machine?
I am in the market for a push mower, nothing fancy, as my yard is very small. I found two mowers, one is a “Briggs and Stratton” and the other is a “Lawn Machine” and they both basically have the same specifications and are equally priced. Is one brand more reliabe or better quality than the other?
Having had many small engines over my long lifetime, if I were shopping and the engine did not say “Honda” or “Kawasaki” or “Onan” on it I would leave it at the store. Opinions vary, but I think Briggs and Tecumseh are junk.
