Old front end wobble problem, replaced rotors to no avail. wondering about hub and spindle replacement?

A while back I replaced the rotors and bearings (not pads or calipers)in order to try and solve a bad steering wheel wobble while braking. That solved it…. for a while, then started up again, getting worse over time. So now I’ve got new calipers and pads ready to go on, and new rotors and bearings(again!)and am wondering if it is a good idea to go to the junkyard and grab a hub and spindle as well, or if that would be a waste of time. Could it have just been the calipers pressing unevenly on the rotor? and now the brakes are screeching bad on the wobbly side, too. This is an 81 toyota pickup 2wd. it only seems to be the front driver’s side. Thanks!
thanks for the quick answers. I did seat the bearing correctly, and the wheels/tires are fine. I guess the main thing I was curious about was if there could be any point replacing the hub/spindle, as well as everything else I mentioned(rotors/bearings/calipers/pads)

waste of time for spindle replacement, but I would have your parts store put your rotors on the lathe and see if they are out of tolorance, if they are warped I would say that you are generating an excess amount of heat, this can be caused by using the wrong compound pads, sometimes better is not, a racing brand, or heavy duty can equate to a harder pad and more heat, thats why racing pads are used with drilled rotors to dissipate the excess heat.
