How to remove the spray arm Whirlpool dishwasher 400 series? DU810SWKU0 Model?

Not empty. The lines are clean. Power engine and began shooting, but in the Boggs. I check the driver of the waste, but can not get, I can not remove the spray arm. The arm just spins freely. I found all sorts of things on the web, but not work for this dish in particular. The diswhasher only used a few times a year. Please help …. frustrated!

open the door and remove the two screws holding the dishwasher to your desktop. then drag it, return it in the side and remove the pump. Get the garbage out of it and reinstall.
