I changed my refrigerator light bulbs, but they don’t light up again, they only twinkles?
Do they have a fuse or something else that I need to check on?
Could be a defective bulb. Have you tried another? If that’s not it: Unplug the ref. Then remove the bulb and, if you can see into it, check the socket for corrosion. The bottom contact should be bright silver, copper, or brass color. If you can’t see into it straight on, try using a mirror. If the contact is corroded gently scrape it clean with a screwdriver. Doesn’t have to be a thorough job; the tip is all that makes contact. The side walls of the socket, if necessary, can be cleaned with a few scrubs with a piece of steel wool. Make sure the bulb base is clean. If that doesn’t do the trick you probably have a loose wire. It is likely not accessible without some disassembling – which would best be done by a repair person. Probably a good idea to have it fixed. Loose wires have been known to cause Short circuits – which have been known to start fires.
