How do I wire an old washing machine motor to use on a project?
I have an Emerson 3/4 HP motor from a Sears washing machine I would like to use to power another project.It is a mod.s67pxjrl-7446, 1725 RPM@11.8 Amp,part # 35-2214.Other nos. are e22922salr2459,I don’t know what those numbers are
220 v for fast, 120v for slow
if u need more info than this, wow, watch out.
there are only two brushes in the motor, wire it one way it run foward, the other way it runs backwards.
some motors have 2 or more “hot” legs, for different speeds.
