what kind of over the counter medicine can one use to stop prenasal drip?

I have prenasal drip, and I wake up with a slighly upset stomach.
Is there over the counter medicine to solve this problem?
With my question, I meant to say nasal drip.
I meant to ask, how to stop nasal drip from going into my stomach, or get rid of it, with medicine.

Try some salt water, either with a netti pot, or using a small spray bottle. Spray into your nostrils to disinfect. It’s great when you have a cold, too.
