what does ‘OEM’ mean in vehicle spares ??
i am always seeing this against ‘nos’ ( new old stock ) but i have no idea what ‘OEM’ means. can you enlighten me please.
OEM..stands for original equipment manufacturer…if you see a parts list with OEM…it just means that it is the original equipment….not to be confused with original equipment equivelent….the “equivelent” term…means it’s just as good as the original…but..it’s not the original.
