Why do I have brown streaks in my yard after I mow only where mower tires touch grass.?

I get brown steaks in yard (centipede grass) after I mow only where tires touch the grass. Its like the grass tips turn reddish brown where the tires were.

Try mowing your grass when it’s dry to touch. Moist or wet grass leaches chemicals out of the rubber tires.
