I just breathed in cement dust!?
Today my entire driveway/sidewalk was redone with new cement. A lot of cement from the packages got on the lawn. I was told to mow it against my will, and as I mowed, the cement created a cloud of dust that blew out of the lawn mower into my face. I’ve inhaled a lot of it. Should I seek medical attention?
NO. Your body will expell it via your lymph system, etc. To help this along, use a rebounder for about 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening for a few days.
Realize that people shooting gunite breathe cement dust constantly for years and don’t seem to suffer much from that. It is not a good idea because cement is an irritant and can cause problems, but that is due to many years of exposure.
