What is a good conditioner and gel for a perm?
I have a perm that is dry and the curls are getting limp. I do not want to use mousse, I have plenty of volume and please do not say pantene (it was horrible). I just need a good cond. and gel. Any ideas?
any color care conditioner will work well it is the most gentle. do not use baby shampoo though it may seem gentle it is not the same pH as your hair and could strip your hair of the perm. as for gel i would actually suggest getting a spray wax it is lighter doesn’t get crisp or leave a flaky residue
