Why is water leaking from a hole in the bottom of my kitchen sink?

Today, hit a reverse osmosis filter my sink. Sometimes I use it to fill my tank, so I unscrewed the hose and screwed into the tube to the filter to receive water. When you disconnect and put attachment back to normal, I realized that water flowed from the bottom of my cock through a small hole that seems to be taking a backup or something (Which has the letters CL below). The valve is a Kohler, the kind where you have a lever that controls the temperature and the force of water. What is the origin of this leak and how I can be arrested? I tried to run the water to see if it was the pressure, I tried to open the tap and nothing seems to stop. HELP!

could be a leak O-rings, or a bad cartridge. Get the faucet for repair, follow the instructions. Remember coat O-ring with grease plumbers
