Is it safe to superglue a rear spoiler dryer drum of the dryer?

I put my shoes in the dryer and broke one of the wings dry plastic. Impulse, I super glued back on … Now I fear that use dry heat causes toxic gases to form regular or dryer caught fire. Are my assumptions, or rather my paranoia, right?

Once glue is dry, your hair is not likely to generate enough heat to melt or vaporize the glue. (Except where a gas dryer, you get a little hotter than electrical), which, however, are more concerned about the drift is again, glue not a good connection between the plastic and metal.
