Next, a washer and dryer must be connected to pipe water heater?

I live in a 600 square foot condo. I see a disc and ventless dryer. My problem is if I can connect to the water? You can go in the same closet as the water heater? Or do I have to redo the plumbing and put in my closet the bedroom? Oh – where would drain too …..?

Hello Jovi: if it fits in a cabinet heater, you can afford. If you have a heater Gas water, you must ensure that adequate ventilation for combustion air (usually the outside air) and an exhaust fan as well. You can link waste washer / dryer in their line of bath waste or kitchen waste line. If one of these lines are near the water heater closet, should be fine. Otherwise, you may have to rethink the project. Water supply line is not difficult for a plumber. The new product makes it fairly easy to PEX, PEX is tight and hot or cold.
