How do you remove the arm sprays on a Maytag Dishwasher?

Our Maytag dishwasher (4 yrs) does not get my dishes clean like it used to. I think I have to remove the arm sprays and clean them but I cannot find any site that tells me how to do this on the Maytag, short of calling a repairman, which I think would be silly as it seems like it would be a simple thing to do and save me money. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

on the bottom one, there is a plastic screw holding it down, just use pliers.
