I heard all the warnings about buying old mobile homes, but what a well-maintained, with upgrades?
I found a 1977 Marlette. Updates: roof sheathing 5 / 08. Four service 5 / 08, monthly change filters, digital thermostats installed 5 / 08. New carpet everywhere (including the porch). More new businesses woodshed electricity. Fully breakers days at home. Updated plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom. new tab in the kitchen and bathroom. cabinets and countertops. Digital gas cooker Magic Chef / oven, refrigerator, Kenmore, Maytag Dishwasher Jet quiet digital, microwave Sharp and waste disposal. Bathroom has new vanity, cabinets and accessories. Digital Kenmore washer and dryer. Both rooms have ceiling fans. Start watching Central. Is it an agreement for $ 7,999? What questions should I ask the seller? Thanks for any help.
It pipes! I mean, either have been changed pipes! This is the most important in a mobile home. If you are up to date than anything else can be fixed at a price advantage. You can not beat the price though. In this economy, I think that people are increasingly migrating to mobile homes. They are cheaper and easier to maintain the houses. * Please note crisis Current housing. All homes have lost value. Buying a home is no longer a good investment.
