Discharge Chute

My craftsmen 5hp 2 stage snow blower will not fire. The / impeller rotor simultaneously. Fall course.?
If the snow is too wet, will only pack on the bit and push the snow in the back or front. In this case, has to do with age, the shovel back unprecedented. Good luck.
