I measure my peak oil all the way up the point is this normal?
I checked the oil level in my car and strip it all the way I do not think it's normal
When you check the oil, make sure the engine is shut off at least 5 minutes. when you remove the dipstick, clean and pick. Check both sides of the meter, if the level is high on both sides, beyond the area where the level is considered normal, it takes a lot of empty oil, some, or does all this and put 4 quarts back in. If it is higher on one side, but not the other, can have a bubble of oil in the pan, not much. use the other side to consideration.
