Need help with my fridge?

I have a Whirlpool fridge freezer beginning of 2002. It can not be cold enough to freeze anything the freezer can reach 30 degrees of latitude. I changed the defrost thermostat and clean the condenser coils, I also checked the defrost timer and works well. The damn thing is only 4 years for compressing and cooling pump should always be allowed. I can not pay 180 million dollars to go see man in the service and I am really frustrated. Can you help me?

I am not a professional or anything but I work in a furniture store and we get used equipment all the time. In the back of the freezer there is a drain hole to drain the water right from the time that passes through the defrost. You will not be able to see this unless you unscrew Holw freezer tray. This awakening to their films and the hole. Is there ice buildup on the back in the bottom?? If the case is blocking the hole in the ice and drainage water that is causing the freezer is not cold enough. (Do not ask me why … just is) Anyway, if frozen, you need to unlock the adoption of a corner to sit or something else that blows hot air and defrost it yourself. You will know when it thaws, because if look down the back of the refrigerator should be a little spout drain out in pain. Pour water through the hole and water will be released in the pan. I do not know why this happens, but it has happened to our home fridge and since I've done everything worked perfectly for months. Hope you do not get confused. Good luck!
