Help decide on a new riding mower??
I have a Wheelhorse 1988 tractor with a B & S 8hp motor and a single cutting blade cover. This is a small tractor, but I'm able to slip through tight spaces and I am able to store easily in my small garage. Well, the other day I took off the mower to sharpen the blade and saw a hole in the bridge of the rust. I am saying that perhaps it is time for a cutter again before this thing gets worse as it is. L.5 I'm between a 2-acre lot and I am looking for a reliable mower Long lasting, as a cutter of age this year 20 was used. I am torn between a Cub Cadet and John Deere. Craftsman and Toro are beyond question. I borrowed Craftsman Tractor and found that someones NOT mow in reverse! Can anyone tell me their opinion about the Cub Cadet Series 1000 tractor John Deere X300 tractor and John? I also need a lawn to act as a backup carrier wood ……….. Those two cutters capable of pulling a cart full of firewood is not a problem?
John Deere X300 is very good for our garden, which is 1.5 hectares. The only problem I have is that I use the mulching lawn mower, and the receiver is blocked when the grass is wet. It's my 2 cents.
