What is my CPU bottle necking my video card?

So I made a HD 4890 to my computer and I wonder how the rest of my the system is bottle necking your video card. No doubt the video card is the bottleneck and think about upgrading anyway. CPU: Pentium D 820 dual-hearted (2.8 GHz) Motherboard: Asus P5LP-LE (One x16 PCI-E not PCI-E 2.0) Memory: 1 GB DDR2 (Everest claims it was recorded at 200MHz) Well, if you need more information, let me know. Just want to know an approximation of how GPU performance because I lose the rest of my system. Thank you.

Your graphics card runs at 26% of the maximum load in this configuration. They are the main problems that the processor has a memory bottleneck limit access and can not feed your card graphic rather quickly. So his memory can be a very cheap option and certainly need more data from the drive buffer. The motherboard does not allows a maximum bandwidth due to have a PCI-Express 1.0 slot.
