My tranmission Pully keeps coming to my troy bilt lawn mower. What causes it?

I have all new belts

If the pulley is fixed with a screw or nut, replace it immediately. This includes any washers or lock. If you do not see any type of washing machines, then missed the first Once I lost the race. And spend a little more dollars in a small tube of Loctite red, red is the "permanent" versions. Check the items and "wallow" causing a chronic problem when the pulley is supposed to stay.
