How can I keep a frozen water bottle w / o keeping in the freezer all day?
I keep a bottle of water at room temperature for about 6 hours a day, but never ice at the end of the day. I know it sounds a stupid question, but someone told me in a way you can keep a bit frozen in the middle.
Lol, I know what you should do. Freezing of the bottle, then wrap with a paper towel, then put aluminum foil on top. The condensation of the bottle to wet the towel and keep it cold for about 7 hours. I've done all the time for the band. Kept 7:00-4:00 cold all day.
